Healthy Hot Chocolate Squares

Ingredients:
- Three tablespoons of gelatin
- 1 ¼ cup of boiling water
- Half a cup of cocoa powder
- Half a cup of cold water
- Half a cup of coconut milk powder
- 1/3 cup of raw, organic honey
- One cup of coconut oil
- A pinch of sea salt
- One tablespoon of vanilla
- Extra coconut oil to grease the baking dish.
Instructions:
Use the coconut oil to grease the baking dish and leave it aside. Coil about 1 ¼ cups of water in a small sauce pan.
After that, take a blender and add half a cup of cold water and the gelatin. Leave it for a while (a few mins) before it turns into gel.
